DIRECTIONS: Combine everything in a large freezer bag, seal, shake well, and freeze flat till needed.
SLOW COOKER: *NOT RECOMMENDED*
OVEN: Spread everything on a sheet pan and defrost fully. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the pan in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove pork chops to a plate and cover with foil to rest. Flip sweet potatoes and roast 10-15 minutes longer.
Serve with a big salad
**You can make this vegetarian by substituting 2 cans of chickpeas for every pound of pork
